1. Agreement to our legal terms

We are Digital Butlers LTD ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Cyprus at Ifigeneias 14, P.C. 3036, Limassol 19103. Our VAT number is 10434297Z.

We operate FormBridge, a no-code Webflow application, and the website https://wfformbridge.app/ (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

FormBridge connects Webflow forms to currently supported destinations: Mailchimp, Airtable, and respond.io. FormBridge receives Webflow form submission data, processes it according to the customer's configured integration and field mapping, and transmits the mapped data to the destination selected by the customer.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Digital Butlers LTD, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree with all of these legal terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the services and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. The services

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

FormBridge is used as follows: you install FormBridge from the Webflow Marketplace, open it on a Webflow site, connect or select a destination integration, authorize that destination service where applicable, select the destination resource, select a Webflow form, map Webflow form fields to destination fields, and save the configuration. FormBridge then processes subsequent submissions according to the configured integration and field mapping.

Currently supported integrations:

• Mailchimp: Webflow form submissions can add contacts to a selected Mailchimp audience, with support for tags and merge fields.

• Airtable: Webflow form submissions are sent as new records to a selected Airtable table.

• Respond.io: Webflow form submissions create or update contacts in a selected Respond.io workspace, with custom fields and contact matching by email or phone.

FormBridge does not currently support destinations other than Mailchimp, Airtable, and respond.io.

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

3. Customer requirements and responsibilities

To use FormBridge, you must have a Webflow account with a site containing at least one form, access to the Webflow site where FormBridge is installed, an account with Mailchimp, Airtable, or Respond.io, and appropriate access to the destination resource you select, such as a Mailchimp audience, an Airtable base and table, or a Respond.io workspace. You must also have the required authorization and sufficient permissions for those accounts and resources.

You choose which Webflow forms are connected and which destination receives the mapped submission data. You are responsible for destination accounts, permissions, credentials, authorization, and configuration, including field mapping. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, authorization, and legal basis to send form submission data to the selected destination.

4. Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services "AS IS" for your internal business purpose only.

5. User representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise, except as expressly permitted by the Services; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

6. Access and authorization

To use FormBridge, you may need to connect a Webflow site and authorize destination services. You agree to keep your credentials, access tokens, and account access confidential and will be responsible for all use of the Services under your connections. You may disconnect a form, integration, or destination account as described in FormBridge.

7. Purchases and payment

We offer the following plans for FormBridge:

• Free: one Webflow form connected to one integration per site.

• Pro: $3.99 per month, unlimited Webflow forms with supported integrations.

The Free plan does not provide unlimited usage. The Free plan is limited to one Webflow form connected to one integration per site.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date.

We bill you through an online account for purchases made via the Services. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.Please note that we do not offer a trial period for our paid plans.

8. Data processing and storage

FormBridge receives Webflow form submission data and processes it according to the customer's configured integration and field mapping. FormBridge stores delivery statistics and integration credentials or access tokens required to connect to supported services. Mapped submission data is transmitted to the destination selected by the customer. Submission data is not used for purposes unrelated to providing the configured integration.

Data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Service limitations

FormBridge does not guarantee successful delivery, delivery speed, reliability, or availability of the Services or of any third-party destination. Delivery depends on the availability and configuration of the destination service you select.

Invalid credentials, insufficient permissions, unavailable destinations, or incorrect field mappings may prevent delivery. FormBridge does not guarantee successful delivery when a destination service is unavailable or misconfigured.

10. Prohibited activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available.

11. Third-party websites and content

The Services rely on integrations with third-party platforms, including Webflow and the destination you select. Currently supported destinations are Mailchimp, Airtable, and respond.io. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content accessed through the Services. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any service to which you connect via FormBridge.

12. Services management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms; and (3) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.

13. Term and termination

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. Without limiting any other provision of these legal terms, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the services to any person for any reason or for no reason.

14. Modifications and interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

15. Governing law

These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of Cyprus. Digital Butlers LTD and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.

16. Limitation of liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
